3/5 Washer is really old & worn out. It cleans but not really well. Has an old/musty/mildew smell. Table leg is broken on kitchen table and kept falling off while sitting at the table. Food on the table/the whole table collapsed. Curtain rod in the third bedroom falls off easily and maintenance had to come hang it back up. Sink Knobs in master bathroom do not work properly. No bathroom lights above sink, makes it dark in the bathroom. Place is really clean and roomy! Walk in closets are huge! Had to contact Evolve (management company) all day to get the pool key. You need this key for access to the pool and gym. We had to wait 24hrs to even receive this key and have access to the pool. It was not there when we arrived. There is no longer a playground for littles. That has been removed and they need to update pictures on here. It’s a gated community so we felt really safe! Kitchen wise- very basic needs. No blender. Overall great stay just needs some maintenance and cosmetic fixes to make it even more enjoyable.
