3/5 Checking in was a little awkward. The security gate did not have any of our information so we had to go to the community office and talk to the them in order to get checked in. Upon arrival we discovered there was not any hot water. We reached out to the host and he was very responsive. He had the hot water heater replaced the next day. The home is nice and decorated nicely. The couch was super comfy. I would recommend staying there especially since the have anew hot water heater

5/5 Place was great, cute and clean. The beach is super close and you’re right near everything you need. We put in the address of our place which brought us to a gate access where you need a key card. Thankfully someone else told us we needed to drive to a different gate. That was the only hiccup. Loved this place would definitely come back.

5/5 A wonderful house in a great spot in Oceanside Village. The house was very accommodating for young families and had lots of beach items and outdoor toys for the kids. Everything was clean and relatively updated, the house has been unkept well and the kitchen was supplied with the basics for our stay. We appreciated the outdoor space and all of the thoughtful amenities.
