  This condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was updated and clean for the most part. The master bed was a dream to sleep on. The elevators were always fast and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

  The kitchen really caught my eye when I first walked in, the counter top is beautiful! I loved the faucet because you can change the water flow, either regular or like a shower which makes it real nice when doing dishes, give a quick rinse and boom, garbage disposal!

  Freezer had an ice maker inside, so we always had ice.

  The whole setup was very convenient.

  Microwave has a fan which helped when cooking on stove or baking with oven.

  We all appreciated TWO bathrooms and showers.

  Laundry machines right across the hallway. You’ll need quarters but they’re smart washers and dryers so if you don’t wanna deal with quarters, you can pay with an app! Just link a credit card and scan a QR code!! So cool!!

  This condo also has two separate balconies with chairs and tables. Decent side views right at the ocean.

  The pull out couch was perfect for the youngest.

  The king size bed was great!!

  TV’s in all rooms, nice decor

  Parking was great.

  Oh yah, it smelled good inside too, like a nice HOME!

  Walmart is just a block away (walking)

• Great being on the beach but...

  Location: The condo was right on the beach, which is the only place I would want to be in July. Beach was nice, clean and the water was warm. There were no beach chairs at this condo- so we ended up buy cheap ones at Walmart. You can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for $50 per day- no half day rates.

  Building: The parking was GREAT. The building is outdated and dark and dingy. Elevators are super fast and only had to wait a few times. Hallways were dirty with trash on the floor randomly.

  Pool: Dirty. Very cloudy. Trash strewn about. I preferred the beach. We did enjoy the hot tub 1 evening.

  Condo Itself: Upon arrival, we texted the contact and were granted early check-in, which was great and appreciated. We checked right into the room directly with the code provided. As promised, parking and pool bracelets were in the condo.

  However, the condo was NOT clean. We had to wipe everything down, vacuum, etc... the couch had pasta sauce or something all over it- so we scrubbed it down. When opening up the sofa bed- there was popcorn and goldfish throughout the cushions and the mattress- which we then washed down. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible- not comfortable at all. The ceiling in the kitchen had food substance on the ceiling. Once we cleaned ourselves- it was ok for the week- but the place really really needs a DEEP clean. The balconies could use a sweeping or 2. I would not recommend.

• Room was nice but building was old.

  We enjoyed our stay. Most of the apartment was nicely updated and everything was comfortable. It's on the smaller side, so it's good for a few days to a week long stay. The building itself was on an older part of the strip and was older itself. The only bad thing I would say is that the staff at the front desk was not very friendly!
