This was the absolute worst stay I have ever had! As soon as we got there the code they gave us did not work to get in . So we called the number on our reservation and was given another code that one worked the first time. When we got in it smelled like dog urine to the point we had to leave the back door open. There was sand all over the bedroom floor. We left for the day on the beach and returned back around 9pm at which time the same code did not work ! We stayed outside waiting for help for over 45 min . They said they would come fix it in the morning and no one ever showed up. We had to leave the door unlocked and our belongings unsecured all day. That two and still no one has come to check the lock!

- We apologize for the initial issue with the code. The second code we provided worked on your first try and should have remained functional. Activity logs from our smart lock show that the code was being entered incorrectly later on, and we’re sorry for the frustration that caused.
- My wife and I were at the property just before your stay (with no pet), and it was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We aim to provide a clean and welcoming space, and regret that it didn’t meet your expectations.
- In addition to the second code, we also gave access to a physical key via the lockbox to ensure you had another way to enter the home. We did our best to provide support throughout your stay.

This place was perfect for me and my husband. The accomadations, location even the decor was very much to our liking. We look forward to returning!
