Cozy and convenient location
5/5 We had a great time the place is cozy and within a short walk to the beach. Janet (host) was awesome with communication and we left something there and she mailed it back to me. Thank you see you next year!!!

Great location!
5/5 We loved the location of the house, very convenient. The beach is just down the block. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. We’ll keep this house in mind next time we visit.

Nice location but could use updates and better cleaning
3/5 Basic amenities like hand soap and replacement trash bags and paper towels were not provided. The toilet paper holder and paper towel holder were both broken. The place could use some updates (patch holes in the wall near shower curtain and fix sagging floor boards). Floors under chairs and couch hadn't been cleaned.

5/5 Janet was very communicative, and any need she helped me with. House was super nice, and clean and neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again in the future. My kids and I had a blast!
