  None of the lights or switches on the wall worked. There were bugs. The bed was broken when we arrived. The door code did not work my entire stay. I had to leave my belongings unsecured every time I went somewhere, and pray that no one entered when I returned.returned.returned. work

  -The unit was cleaned before your arrival, and they did not notice any bugs at that time.
  -A leg on the bed was damaged, and they promptly fixed it once they were made aware.
  -The door keypad stopped working due to dead batteries, but a key was provided for you to secure the door. The batteries have since been replaced.
  
  The homeowner was responsive during your stay and would have been happy to address any additional concerns. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

  First of all, the bed in one of the bedrooms was broken. The owner did communicate with me and state that I could sleep on the couch sofa if I felt unsafe. I did not pay to sleep on a couch, and it was a dirty couch. With no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. He did send someone the next day to fix it, by putting a piece of board under it. Second, I contacted him the next day to let him know that the key pad was not working to lock the door. So every time I left the room, my belongings were unsecured, and the door was not locked. Totally unacceptable!! I had to pray every time I returned back, that no one was in there and my belongings were still there. After I assured the owner it was not working, crickets... Never heard anymore from him. None of the outlets worked, or switches on the walls. I also seen a few roaches while there. No brooms to sweep up in the place. One of the bathroom sinks drained poorly. There was always dirty debris coming out of it. The best thing I can say is that the neighbor next to me was awesome and friendly, and made us feel welcome. I made the best of it other than that. Would I visit this property again, NO!!

• Great for our needs

  Property was great for what we needed, which was, bigger than a hotel space. Only issue was one bathroom water pressure was so poor couldn’t use that shower. So really like a 1 and 1/2 bath. Other shower set up was ok, not ideal. Overall, comfortable and easy process. Located close to everything!
