4/5 Everything was pretty good. Two areas of concern:- silverware in drawer was dirty. Needed to wash before use- master bathroom toilet was clogged. Plunger did not work. Contacted Kristen and was advised to buy new plunger and she would reimburse me when she was back in town. Never heard from her again
