• Buyer Beware! Do Not Rent!!!

  There was no AC in the living room. The property manager said it would be till Friday before someone can get out. That never did happen. He had a fan delivered to blow around the hot air. The water in the shower didn’t drain and the property manager was aware of it and stated it’s been going on over a month. Hr sent a plumber to fix. The sink sprayer didn’t work and was not able to be fixed by the plumber. My kids suffered with asthma but didn’t want to leave. I didn’t have the $ to go to another property and my wife left midway through the trip. I asked for a partial refund and it was denied. None of these issues was mentioned or stated upfront prior to renting. Idk who thinks it’s okay to rent out a property with no AC. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

  -The property does have two A/C units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We regret that the living room A/C unit malfunctioned during your stay. Despite our efforts to replace it promptly, it was peak season, causing delays. In the meantime, we provided a fan to help circulate the air.
  -We understand your frustration and apologize for the discomfort your family experienced. We strive to address and resolve any unforeseen issues as quickly as possible.

  Only complaint, we stood in a long line to get parking pass as instructed but was told it is in the room. We did not need to check in through lobby. The pool/ garage key did not work but the problem was corrected. Enjoyed the stay!

  The location was perfect and views were great! some of The buildings elevators were down so the ones that were working took very long to get on and were always full of people. The place itself was nice and I love the decorations it was dirty in certain spots. One of the burners did not work on the stove, the refrigerator did not work well unless you made sure it was shut tight in the toilet just ran the whole time we were there. All in all though we did enjoy our time there. One main concern was that I lost my purse, when out at pool so my husband went to the front desk and they reviewed the cameras and honestly we can’t prove it but I believe the bartender stole it. It was right next to me and my husband and we didn’t move off the chairs but at the front desk called the bartender, and she just happen to have it, and when she returned, it said nothing was missing. How would she know what was in my purse and know if nothing was missing or not? But I have no proof, and I was just glad to have my purse back! I also didn’t like that certain things were for owners only and not people renting, such as the bar or food at the pool and the Starbucks in there, I think that is very ridiculous, and should be open to anyone that is renting as well!
