Perfect location
4/5 Was a great location, within 5-20 mins from all the fun.
Cleanliness could have been better for sure but we weren’t in the room much anyways.

5/5 The room was nice and clean and the check in process was nice and simple I recommend and I will stay again in the future

3/5 Listing online is very misleading room wasn't very clean for the 135 cleaning fee construction above us would have thought I would have been told about before checking in water park and pool closed most of the time during our stay. Beds are very wore out was like sleeping on a rock.

Homeowner's Response: "Hi Kasondra, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We wish you had reached out about the uncomfortable beds or cleanliness during your stay, as we would have definitely made accommodations to resolve this issue for you.
As far as the construction above our unit, we were unaware of any work being performed on the other units above us. Unfortunately, we have no control over their construction schedule, as all units located in the resort are privately owned.
Regarding the pools being closed, this is also out of our control as the resort facilities control when the pools are opened or closed. We apologize if you did not enjoy staying at our vacation rental. Thanks for your review!"
