1/5 We booked this stay 2 months in advance, for June 20-22. My family and our friends drove down June 20th to spend the day at the beach and then we planned to check in. I had no email about check in so we call and they tell us our reservation has been cancels because of bed bugs. I did NOT receive any emails/phone calls or text about our reservation being canceled and to add to this I paid for the protect your stay!! My family and friends were left scrounging around trying to find a place to lay our heads because they would not give us another room to stay in after being on the phone with them for over 2 hours and being hung up on twice and being put on hold and they did nothing to figure anything out for us. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Terrible experience and terrible communication!

5/5 My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The Townhome was clean and beautiful. The location was close to the beach. The owner and property manager were responsive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!
