Dirty and no response to our issue!
1/5 Property was dirty upon arrival. We tried contacting host through email provided as soon as we arrived but still no response. Clumps of hair on the bathroom/kitchen floors, trash. Not good!

We spoke to the cleaning team because this is the first time we have received this kind of feedback. They did confirm that the unit was 100% clean and sanitized before you were scheduled to arrive. We have had lots of families rent our unit this summer and yours was the first complaint. We wish that you had let us know if you had issues while you were at the property.
We look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Convenient and relaxing
4/5 We had a great time! Kitchen was well equipped, but the bathroom floors were not clean. The top sheet for the roll out bed was missing. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to a ton of things to do. Beach and pool were awesome. Thanks for a great family vacation.

5/5 We had a very nice time. Our son is in a power chair and even though it not truly a handicap unit we made it work. Bathroom was tight but we took a shower chair to make it work. It is so hard to find handicap places. Thank you to the owners for the correspondence we had during our trip. Was always available through text or email!

Dance Week
5/5 Property was very clean, and perfect space for a family. It was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time.
