Labor Day weekend 2024
5/5 Very clean and fully equipped.
Couldn't get in the door. It was 79 degrees and couldn't figure out the thermostat. Was not close to
1/5 Didn't stay there. Had to go elsewhere and pay for another place. Place felt dark and closed in.

Hi Joyce, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We were made aware you were having access issues shortly after your arrival. After reaching the limit of failed attempts, you reached out to the concierge, the concierge were able to walk you through how to use the keypad, and you were able to gain access to the property.
- The thermostat is digital and operated by touch and is set to 77 degrees, however it is presence sensing, so when you enter the property it will default to 74 degrees until modified to a cooler temperature. The HVAC is new and was replaced this summer in July.
- We were unaware of any other issues or concerns you may have had which you caused you to leave our home, we wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact, we would have done everything we could to address your concerns so that you could enjoy our home.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
