  This was a nice room on the property that included live music in their outdoor bar in the afternoon and evenings. There were several places to eat on the property as well. The room itself was great and the balcony view was amazing. Unfortunately a few cons — you have about a 20 min drive to North MB to obtain the key with a strict 3 pm check in & 10 check out. The property charges $5/day for garbage & $25 parking fee. The property staff can’t help if you have any issues and the number they had listed for the condo owner/assistant didn’t answer. Thankfully we had another number to reach them. The property grounds are very dated but everything appeared to be clean. You will have to rent beach chairs/umbrella on the beach but the sand was great and water was warm (June).

  This place was amazing!

  Pictures doesn’t give it justice.

  The place is in a great location.

  The room was clean.

  Everything was stocked up for us when when we arrived ( extra towels extra bed sheets and blankets)

  If I could give this room and building more than 5 stars I definitely would!

• GREAT Room, Bring a Cart!

  PROS: Simply gorgeous! The decor was warm, beachy and inviting. The room's view was just lovely to look at from the bed for the 3 mornings I was there. At night, you can see the Pier and the other end of MB from the balcony. It was amazing for $503! The view from the Balcony was awestruck, even though the smell of smoke from other guests waffled to where I was. My morning breakfast & coffee was very enjoyable. Late evening tea at sunset was serene and very relaxing. Everything you will need is already there (coffee maker, toaster, sugar/salt, toiletries, utensils, pots, dish detergent & sponges, etc.) I loved the renovated kitchen with the regular sized fridge. I was able to fix a few light foods on the cooktop stove with no problem. The updated bathroom with the walk in shower was very nicely executed.

  CONS: You will need to bring your own CART or a wagon to haul your things to the 10th floor (luggage, etc.) because you will not have access to the resort's carts. Picking up the key card was a little off-putting because the resort is not near the property managing office. However, the Hostess was very nice and checked in with me to make sure I had arrived okay. Additionally, you WILL pay $25 for parking & something I was not clear on... $5 per day trash disposal. Based on what I do (job), I do not leave my DNA or trash behind. But, given what I saw in the halls every morning, it makes sense to charge for the collecting. Also, if you're a "BETA" fish like myself, the 'Sands' had too many people/kids (pool area) disturbing my need for Peace & Quiet. Someone sneezed in the room next to mine and it sounded like they were in the bed next to me (LOL). Yeah, thin walls!

  OVERALL: I LOVED the room! Looking forward to coming back in the late FALL with LESS people!

  We enjoyed our room. It was pictured exactly as listed on VRBO

  The resort was remarkable

  You would never have to leave as everything is there on site

  Kim our customer rep was very responsive.

  I feel she made our stay there a priority and made it very easy to gain access to the room

  Only one bad note was the purchase of trash bags that you had to purchase for the days you were there.

  We will go back for sure
