  Nice place overall. Did have a couple issues, no hot water in middle bathroom, cable tv box on main tv didn't work, also need to add a few blankets. All small things, had a good trip. Overall very pleased.

  From the Owner: "Hi, we are delighted that your overall stay was pleasing. We would also like you to know we provide an on-site guest contact so these issues can be resolved. The middle bathroom has hot water at the sink and shower. The sink is in a standard hot and cold position. The shower is the opposite standard. Our guest contact is aware of this and would have provided this information. The cable television box was recently verified for operation; sometimes it may need to be rebooted, which the guest contact can walk you through. We look forward to you staying with us again."

  This was a very comfortable place! The beds were especially comfortable. It was conveniently located. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view from the terrace was enjoyable.

  Next time we stay there we will have to pick a 2nd floor. The 3 flights of stairs was too much for us to handle with suitcases and groceries! But, that is our problem, not yours!

• Terrible beds!

  The place looked better in the listing pictures. The floor (wood type) was coming apart and the floor was uneven. Both beds were terrible, especially the master room. We were given two small trash bags and after a week of takeout etc we needed another I’m not sure if there was no elevator listed or not. Having to climb stairs to the third floor with suitcases and golf clubs, that’d be nice to know. It’s an average and a bit run down place.

  - We want all of our guests to rest easy. The beds in our home were recently replaced in 2021, and we have not received any complaints about their condition or comfort. However, we’re sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. We do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest.
  - Also, the uneven flooring is due to the original construction of the condo. We are aware that this can occasionally lead to minor separation in the flooring, however, our team ensures this is addressed during regular quarterly maintenance checks to maintain the quality of the floors.
  - We do encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing does state that our home has stairs, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard.
  - We’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

• We Had A Really Nice Time

  The condo is really nice. Looks just like the pics. It was really clean the community was very quiet and nice. We were a 5-10 minute drive from everything restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the golf course was beautiful. Would definitely book it again.
