• Good place other than the fight for air conditioning

  The rooms and location was great for my wife and I. It's a 3rd floor room with no elevator, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was the air conditioner. You can't take the temp below 70 and if you do the thermostat will adjust it back to 70. My wife and I both struggled to sleep due to sweeting all night. Most of the night the outside temp was 70 so we were basically sleeping outside. And no, the ceiling fans you instructed us to us didn't help the situation. Great place to stay if you want to shead some water weight while sleeping.

• Great stay for a baseball tournament

  The condo was the right size and location for us. Our son played at TRE which was less than 10 min away, super convenient when you have games at varying times. Pool was nice and quiet.

  size/space was fine but was not adequately cleaned prior to arrival. hair in bathroom, food crumbs in pantry. No extra toilet paper, garbage bags.

  - They work with a professional cleaner, and they have spoken with them about your feedback to make sure that this won't happen again
  - Guests can see in the welcome email they receive before their stay that a starter supply of paper products will be there for their convenience, but they will need to buy their own additional items after that
  - The owner has asked their cleaner to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags in the starter kit to make things even easier for guests moving forward
