  I hate to give a bad review because Rosesanne(the host) was very nice and responsive. There was sand in the bed when we got there and lots of hair on the floor. The reason for the 1star was predominantly due to the internet not working. It was a public network that we were told to use that works at times on the day we arrived and then completely went out the second day. We had our 7 month baby with us which made it much worse considering we weren’t able to watch her baby monitor because we had no internet. I had works calls scheduled for that day which I had to go to take Starbucks because there was no internet. We were told that it couldn’t be fixed which unfortunately in this day and age isn’t acceptable. We considered going to a hotel just so we could use our baby monitor and internet for other things needed. I asked the host for some type of discount/ refund which was denied. Bottom line i wouldn’t stay any where for free if there is no internet let alone the price we paid. Will never go back

No concerns about the bedding or floors were reported during the visit, so we did not have an opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. The room had been cleaned and prepared before arrival, and we take feedback about its condition seriously. We understand how important reliable internet can be and are reviewing the connectivity arrangements to provide clearer expectations and more dependable service.

  We had a good time - the unit was clean and functional, however, the property itself is not a 5-star place. There was a funky smell in the lobby of our building the whole time we were there, and the pool areas were run down and seemed not well attended. Be aware that there is a major construction project going on right next to the property on 24th st - they are building a pier. It was VERY noisy, even on Saturday and Sunday. If you enjoy watching big cranes and guys in cherry pickers, it was interesting to see them work, and we had a great view as we were on the 15th floor. The unit is perfect for two people, but the space could be utilized better with storage and/or hooks for wet clothing, towels, etc. Lots of tchochkes that, while cute, took up critical space that could have been utilized in a more functional way. One BIG plus - the knives were actually SHARP enough to cut veggies and fruit (a pet peeve of mine when staying in a condo!), and the kitchen had everything, including your choice of a traditional coffee pot or a Keurig. Overall, it was a good experience, and we got in some beach time and visiting with family who lived in the area. The location of the property is good - close but not too close to pretty much everything. Rosemary, the owner, was one of the best commuicators I have ever dealt with - we got the address wrong, Evolve got our phone number wrong, and she was quick to respond to all our needs. So not a 5-star, but definitely 4-star experience overall.

  This apartment is ideal for couples who are looking for a relaxing and for people who love views, beach, pool. Many restaurants around here just walking. The bed is very comfortable. Pictures are real. The host is a very nice lady, ready to help you out with anything you need. Thank you so Much Roseann.
