- To request an early check-in, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- The gate at the entrance of the community is open until 5:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please email legendssecurity@aservicesgroup.com with the name of the guests in your party and the dates you will be staying. They will then provide you with a gate entrance card
- You will need a pass to come in and out. Go down to the gate and get the pass after 6:00 PM from a security guard. Please keep it displayed on your windshield at all times
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1260
- Lock the door by entering the keyless entry code and then turning the lock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 am
- To request a late check-out, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- All food and drink should be removed from the refrigerator and any spills wiped clean
- All trash should be removed from the unit and emptied into the outside trash receptacles located across the street or beside the condo
- Please place all used kitchenware, including pots and pans, in the dishwasher and start a cleaning cycle using the provided detergent
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please read and complete the other check-out instructions listed in the home
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

Spacious, cute townhouse.  But………..!

It was good, I think we went to wrong pool. Not any information about where it was.

Lovely space with all the amenities steps from a fun pub

If you like to golf, this is the place to be. Everything in Myrtle Beach is close by.

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and accommodating!
