3/5 The location was nice with a lake, swimming pools/hot tubs, tennis courts, golf course. The condo itself was nice.
However, cleanliness of the towels/linens offered were not up to standard. We had to request clean towels/linen. The contact brought items as requested once she purchased the items. The patio was totally unusable. It was dirty, carpet was in terrible condition, and needed to be power washed.

4/5 Overall, this is a comfortable condo that is fairly well stocked. It was showing a little wear and tear from the summer season, unfortunately, but hopefully that will be taken care of when the season winds down. The complex is nice and quiet, and is located away from the Myrtle beach front craziness. It looks like they either tore out or are putting in a golf course surrounding it, so there could be construction going on for a while.

They are in the process of converting the golf course to residential housing. Luckily, there are several golf course in very class proximity.
Thanks again for your comments and we hope to see you again."5/5 The house looks exactly as the picture. My kids love the Tv in all the rooms and the WiFi was working perfectly in all the rooms. Overall we love our stay.
