    Anytime we used the microwave felt like the circuit breaker was about to flip lights were flashing on multiple occasions the ac unit had to be unplugged from the wall because of the unsafe outlet producing sparks

    I would never stay at this hotel ever again. When we arrived there was no way to get into the resort, no guidance as to where to go to check-in, we had to call the resort and was told to contact a woman by the name of Barbara on the premises. We called Barbara but apparently Barbara doesn’t like to pick up phone calls and she replies to text messages mad late. We eventually get to our room where the room is completely different from what we booked online. There were no oceanfront we only had ocean view. There was no lazy river as it is pictured on the Expedia website. Also, there was little damages around the room. We did get a discount refunded back to us, but it was definitely aggravating to come to a hotel room that I wasn’t expected to come to. When booking this room on Expedia, I was not informed that this was a third-party reservation. According to Barbara, the woman on the premises, there was no around the clock housekeeping, We weren't allowed to get more tissue or towels or Washcloths. We had to wash everything on our own and pay for it out of pocket on top of what I paid for the room. Upon checking out of course we did not clean because we pay good money for this unit and did not get any services. I was definitely furious when I got a text from Barbara stating that I was going to get charged for damages that I did not do and cleaning service that we already paid for when we booked the unit. She was quick to text after we left but took forever to text when I was there. For the future, I would just like to suggest that the resort let tenants know that they must supply their own toiletries and towels/wash cloths when booking this room and let customers know that this is a third-party owners unit when posting this or any other site.

    - There is a pre-stay email sent to you before you are set to arrive, this has all the details and contact information in it. Your reservation should have provided you with the directions.
    - All of the photos in the listing are accurate and depict what you will see when you arrive. We do not have this listed as oceanfront, we are an easy walk to the beach.
    - We provide our guests with anything they need, you were supplied with toilet paper paper towels, shampoo, bar soap, hand soap and pumpers, dish soap dishcloths dish towels, an abundance of bath towels and washcloths, and face cloths even sanitary packaged makeup wipes. Coffee sugar salt and pepper. We can't imagine what you needed that you didn't have, because we also provide extra blankets and clean linens for comfortable sleeping for seven people.
    - My name is Barbara and I am not a third party, I am the owner. I am available to my guests whenever needed it just happened that I was in the middle of moving at that time and I didn't get your text immediately.
    - If you look out the window directly below you, you can see The Lazy River directly below in front of our Villa. I'm very sad that you did not see these things.

    We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

    I honestly can not rate this property with any positive review. When we arrived we spent the first hour cleaning. Counter tops, floors, bathroom, furniture etc. were not clean. The bed spreads were stained with food and other unknown stains. Bathroom door knob/lock was hanging off. The furniture was old used and uncomfortable.

    - We take cleanliness very seriously, and I personally know that this was cleaned top to bottom before you arrived. We would never leave things in this condition, there was not a dirty countertop in the place when it was all sprayed down and sanitized and cleaned over more than once.
    - We have not had anyone complain about the furniture, we have had people rave about the queen bed in the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, they have mentioned how comfortable they are.
    - There are a large amount of swimming pools at the tower and across the street they include hot tubs and a lazy river.
    - We're sorry you couldn't enjoy all the amenities including the brand new gym on the third floor and the wonderful restaurant on the first floor. There are tiki bars outside we even offer a lounge with games and television and an amusement room with different machines. Beautiful clean restrooms and convenient locations for you including showers.

    We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
