4/5 The condo itself was decent. The parking was absolutely TERRIBLE. I would not stay at this location again, simply because of the parking situation. We ended up getting a ticket and a warning due to there being no parking at the condo and had to park in a public spot beside the building. Bring a sound machine, because the condo building beside Carolina Shores has a pool right below the master bedroom and you can hear everything. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom, no washer and dryer in the condo, there is a public washer and dryer for the condo building but inconvenient. No golf carts allowed which was inconvenient for us especially since we were back and forth to a friends house all week. The contact for Evolve was very helpful and efficient with his responses.
3/5 It's an aging building. Location was good. There were no instructions about parking until we got into the condo. The unit was not well cleaned. The floors were very sandy and didn't even seem like they were mopped. Even the bed sheets felt sandy. Ice maker did not work.

Couples get away
5/5 1 bedroom condo was exactly what we expected. Love the Garden City/Murrells Inlet area with many different restaurants. It was a great get away for us.
