Great location, that's it
4/5 For the positive, it is definitely a fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and activities within a short drive. For the negative, the unit was simply not very clean. First thing walking in was the screened patio that hadn't been even swept in forever, the floors and furniture were gross. Then I walked in the unit and there were dead bugs on the floor. At least the linens, bedding and towels were clean, but the floors were just dirty. Also, the bar stools (not ones pictured) were not the correct height for the bar. The tiny little toiletries provided were nice but not enough for three adults to have one shower, and we were staying for several days, so we had to purchase. I was an Evolve property owner for over three years, and I maintained a much higher standard. I expected more.
Short walk to beach
5/5 Good location to the beach and restaurants. A little noisy from the house construction across the street but didnt affect our stay.

5/5 This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. We felt safe staying there. It was just a short walk to the beach. We were close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping.

Great spot for a get-away
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was as advertised lots of amenities, extra linens, and utensils. Within walking distance to the beach. Great location. Landlord was very responsive and personable. I would definitely stay again.
