Good property but needs minor repairs

Summer vac
3/5 Stay wasn't as pleasant as I thought it would be, refrijerator light bulb was burn, report issue and the 3 nights I stayed was never fixed, indoor pool shower were off, pool wasn't as cleaned as I thougt, small things but it matters to me

4/5 Was happy with our stay neighbors were nice property itself was nice.. wish we would of had a broom left on property and extra toiletries. We ended up buying a broom just to deal with the sand we were dragging in everyday.
