Little Christmas Getaway
5/5 Much needed, relaxing time at this condo. Great location with a view of the ocean. This end condo unit is close to the stairs and has under unit parking. We did have a small issue and the owner was absolutely great in getting in touch with us quickly! This is the second time staying in this unit and would most likely stay again! Don’t wait and hesitate, JUST DO IT!

Nice location
3/5 This condo is in a GREAT location. We loved staying at Sea Side Villas. You’re close (within walking distance) to Coligny Plaza, without being in the center where it can be very busy and loud. We also loved the beach at this location. You’re further away from the public beach access, so it’s quieter and easier to spread out.
The actual condo itself could use some more work. It felt kind of grimy and smelled old. The wine refrigerator had mold growing inside. The bedding, window treatments, and towels all had an odd smell and stains. This was quite unsettling. The sheets on the bed also smelled and were much too small for the bed. Furthermore, the floors and counters were gritty. We did some washing and cleaning on our first night. They should consider a new cleaning company. I also don’t see how this unit will comfortably sleep 4. There were two of us and it felt cramped.
GREAT location, but the condo is iffy. With some work, it could be better.

I am the new owner of this beautiful Seaside condo as of 8/8/2024 and it's been keeping me busy.
We have replaced the bed with a new cooling memory foam mattress and have also replaced all the sheets and towels.
We've done a deep cleaning on the property to ensure that nothing was missed.
We stay in the unit also, so we want it to be great for everyone who stays there. If you ever come back, it will be much better and cleaner."5/5 Very nice condo close to beach and activities.
