CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- The property is located in a gated community. The owner will provide information for gate access prior to your stay. You will need to purchase a temporary pass from the office to park in the community
- There are signs for the pass office once you turn off Highway 278 into Palmetto Dunes on Queens Folly Road. Take the first right, and the office is on the left, with a drive-through window
- Parking is complimentary for 1-2 night stays. There is a mandatory parking fee of $25 per vehicle for 3-7 night stays, and $50 per vehicle for stays longer than 8 nights
- If you arrive after 9:00 PM, you must pick up your passes at one of the security gates. To do this, pass the entrance to Queen's Grant and go left at the roundabout, then talk to the guard at the gate
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please note that early check-ins cannot be accommodated during the summer season (May-August). We appreciate your understanding
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2221
- To unlock, enter the code and turn the deadbolt when the light flashes green
- To lock, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad and turn the deadbolt when the light flashes green
- If the light flashes red, reach out to the Guest Contact to get the batteries replaced
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please note that late check-outs cannot be accommodated during the summer season (May-August). We appreciate your understanding
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
