Beautiful Location and Great Host
4/5 We recently stayed in Hilton Head and had a great experience overall. The property manager was fantastic—very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was smooth, though the front desk initially had a bit of trouble locating our reservation. The amenities were excellent once we found them, but we didn't discover the main pool and beachside bar/restaurant until halfway through our trip; having a welcome binder or in-unit info guide would’ve been really helpful. The unit itself was comfortable and accommodating, but it could use a thorough deep cleaning—especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The comforters on the beds didn’t feel freshly laundered, and the extra blankets in the closet were sitting in laundry baskets and clearly had not been washed. There were also no cleaning supplies provided, so after a trip to Walmart, we ended up leaving the place cleaner than we found it. Still, a lovely stay in a beautiful location!

4/5 The location close to the beach was nice as was the pool area. Condo was clean and well appointed. Check in had some hiccups but it worked out. Just wish weather had been better.
