Roaches
1/5 Looks can be deceiving. Everything appeared fine initially. The bed covers were dirty, instead of complaining to the host, I just washed them. The straw that broke the camels back is when we started seeing roaches crawling around. I contacted the host and left. It was an inconvenience and cost me more money to relocate for the remainder of my vacay. They charge all these exorbent fees which they dont refund when you run into situations like this. I only received a partial refund on the per night stay, nothing from the vrbo charge, host fee or cleaning fees. Will not be doing business with them again

- The cleaning team changes the bed linens after each guest, and we’ve reminded them to double-check all bedding to prevent any oversights in the future.
- The property is regularly treated for pests, and an additional bug treatment was scheduled before your arrival through the HOA. We’re following up to ensure these treatments are thorough and effective.
- We're glad to hear that a partial refund was provided for the unused nights. While we strive to offer the best experience possible, third-party fees, such as those from Vrbo, are outside of our control.
