Tropical Storm Debbie happened
4/5 Unfortunately I never made it to the property. Tropical storm Debbie happened on the exact dates that I had booked our vacation. I contacted the company the day we were supposed to arrive to let them know that we would not be making it. I requested a call back regarding an opportunity to reschedule or at least a partial refund. I was told I would be called back. Days later, I had to call again. The woman I spoke to was wonderful and she said that evolve would be reaching out to me regarding this issue. Another two weeks have gone by, and I still not heard from anyone.
Please regard all of my star reviews with a grain of salt. I could not submit this without filling them out. I truly can't answer any of those honestly since I never went to the property.

Quick trip to play golf
5/5 Great location-walking distance to breakfast and bars! Very comfortable and clean condo! Access to the pool was a plus.

Enjoyable
5/5 We had a bit of a problem finding the unit. While the directions had the address, we weren’t given the name of the complex (and there’s a larger complex as you turn in). We liked the keyless entry. We found the unit comfortable (my wife has back issues and she found the bed in the guest room more to her liking). It was quiet even though there were people next door). We enjoyed the walk to the beach (4-5 blocks?). The unit was definitely close enough to walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Kenny Bs. We’d stay here again.
