  Overall good place to stay. Loved the resident alligator and all the wild life on the property. Place was clean and very spacious. Kids had a blast. Only draw back is if you come in high season, parking spots are scarce and you may have to walk. The general store has anything you need if you forget something and Kroger delivery was fast. Property was beautiful. I recommend you have bikes delivered like we did because nice bike trails. 10-15 min from everything. Nice private beach but far walk. It was hot but the air conditioner was the bomb cooled down quickly. Patio great for a big BBQ.

  We had a great time at 796 queens grant! we loved being so close to the general store and pickleball courts. the unit is as pictured, beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen. good water pressure!

  Daily late afternoon Gator swim-by.

• Perfect Spot

  Wonderful community and property just as Nice as shown in photos. Kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking Carlos was always available and easy to work with. Dunes Buggy an added bonus taking you to the beach where parking can be spotty on weekends. It was a perfect stay.

• Good location and layout

  The villa easily fit all 8 of us comfortably. The resort has a nice shuttle service to the beach. Our A/C didn’t work our last night there and couldn’t be fixed until the next day. The listing states two parking passes are permitted with additional first come first serve parking, but the additional parking is only for the two parking passes allowed.

  - The A/C repair technician arrived first thing in the morning after your last night to fix the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
  - As mentioned prior to your arrival, the property provides two parking passes, and additional parking follows the HOA regulations which we have no control over. Arriving with additional vehicles is subject to tickets or could be towed by the city. We regret any confusion this may have caused.
