Great for family of 5!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this unit on the second floor. With the bunk beds and trundle bed underneath, our three kids were able to have their own bed, which is a huge deal at their ages of 10, 12, and 15. We had a few minor issues which were taken care of and communication was prompt, professional, and caring with Meagan, our guest services manager. The kitchen had the main dishes/cookware/necessities. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella/partial tent, boogie boards, and a beach cart (definitely usable, but has seen its better days). The unit is across the street from one of the pools and about an 8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach which had public restrooms, a water bottle filling station, and mat that extended to the beach. Would go back to the same unit!
Very clean and comfy beds!
5/5 We had a great stay. Very accurate to listing, well cleaned and lots of great starter supplies including helpful items like extra beach chairs and beach cart! I appreciated the responsive of the property manager and definitely would stay again.

Great time
5/5 Enjoyable stay with great weather. The Villa was nice; clean; comfortable; Keyless entry was nice (not having to worry about keeping up with a key). Beach was a nice 5-10 minute walk. The beach buggy provided was a great help. Beach chairs were available; boogie boards, beach umbrella. Beach umbrella was not in good condition, so I would advise take your own or rent from beach service. The property manager was great, attentive to any questions we had. Swimming pools were nice and well maintained; pickle ball courts were well maintained and a short walk.
Kitchen was well stocked (we cooked most of our meals). Check in and check out very easy.
