Reached out to host and received no response. The unit was dusty and not very clean. No instructions on where to dump the trash when we left. Luckily we found someone to show us where the dumpster was. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were thin so not a pleasant experience to sit on the balcony. The umbrella provided was torn so we couldn’t use it. We didn’t bring our own because the unit said it had beach accessories. I will not be staying in this unit or the property ever again.

The area was very nice loved that part! The condo could use a thorough cleaning. The iron literally was in two pieces when I picked it up to use it! The pans are old and only one very small pot. The refrigerator broke our first day so no cold drinks, couldn’t buy groceries for our stay. The cushions on the outdoor metal chairs are paper thin so the chairs are not comfortable at all! I have called the host several times and yet to receive a call back. The host told me she would talk to the owner regarding a discount due to all the issues and so far no response!! Very disappointed with the customer service!!! I would not stay here again but I would return to the area.

Owner's response: "Mary Jo, We're sorry that you had issues while at our property, we work very hard to try and make every guest comfortable and give them what they need to make it a great stay.
- We have talked to Meagan about the importance of relaying information to our guests as quickly as possible. We apologize for the delay, we have talked to Evolve about a partial refund and will get this done for you. We appreciate your feedback so that we can keep everything updated and comfortable for all our guests.
- We apologize that the fridge broke while you were at our home, and we have had it replaced. It did take a few days because the availability for delivery is not as quick as we'd like it, but we took care of it as soon as we could.
- We will also work on getting the pots, pans, and cushions outside replaced as soon as possible.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
