Love this place!
5/5 We were here during hurricane Debby. We made the best of it. Our owners compensated a FREE night! I have NEVER heard of this! The condo was very clean. Our neighbors were very nice. The pools were great, and the walk to the beach is beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Evolve ❤️

Perfectly fine, but not exceptional
4/5 Comfortable, clean (although some underwear and other items were found in a drawer), but could use some more supplies. One trash bag?? And no extra toilet paper in two of the bathrooms? Directions to the complex could have been more complete (Google Maps never did find the correct entrance), and directions for picking up parking passes should tell you where to enter the office building and how to find the office on the third floor.

feral cats
4/5 The place we stayed was great. The house was very clean, no bugs, and a great A/C. The pools were nice, and we felt very safe.
The only problem with the development was the feral cat problem. The grounds smelled very bad with cat spray, and the cats were aggressive. We took our dog, and we had to take him to the Vet when we returned. He was throwing up. He had to go on an antibiotic. I believe he picked up something from the wild cats. People are putting out food for them. I am a big animal lover. I have a cat, 3 donkeys, a dog, and 9 ducks. One of the cats hissed and charged my dog and I. I know that people want to help the cats, but a better solution needs to be found. The cats should be caught, neutered/spayed, and given necessary shots for the health of people and their animals staying at this development. I don't know if Hilton Head has a catch and release program or not. I don't really know if the cats caused my dog to get sick, and thank goodness he is better (after a $377 Vet visit).
If you are going with your pets I would suggest not letting them walk around the bushy areas. Other than this problem, we had a great visit.
