- Check in after 4:00 PM
- There is a mandatory Sea Pines gate pass for $20 (or $22 March-September), payable in cash only. This can be purchased from the Greenwood Gate (use the right lane)
- Please inform the gate attendant that you are a guest at Sea Pines and need a guest rental pass. The pass covers up to one week and is not a daily fee
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The unique 6-digit code will be the area code + prefix of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- EXAMPLE: The phone number (843) 123-4567 = code 843123
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- There are 3 reserved parking spaces specifically for the Mariner's Way complex, on a first-come, first-served basis
- The spaces are in the small parking lot directly in front of the General Store
- There is also a 10-minute parking spot for unloading/loading your luggage, which is sometimes easy to overlook. This spot is the first one on the left facing the General Store
- Restricted vehicles: recreational Vehicles, motorcycles, U-Haul type vehicles, or trailers of any kind 
- No tow-in boats, please find alternative parking/storage if you're traveling with any of these
