  The townhouse is set up nicely and the host (Rita) was very informative, helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns! However the condition and cleanliness was very disappointing! Several of the rooms had large noticeable cracks on the walls, the vertical blinds were missing slats, and the cleaning was the worse! We all had black feet after we took our shoes off and walked around.( I don’t think the floors and rugs have been cleaned for some time!)There was dust and debris all over ( especially the window sills, there was a hole in the floor on the second floor in front of the bathroom ( marked with blue tape ). Several of the lamps did not even have bulbs in them. Think it would be a really nice rental is it was repaired and cleaned correctly!

We would have been happy to send them back out had we known during your stay.
  - Maintenance Items: The flooring area near the bathroom is scheduled for repair by our installer, and we’ll also be checking the kitchen drawers and lighting to make sure everything is functioning as it should.

  Exactly as pictured and described, not only was the home a perfect fit for my family needs, the view was amazing, the walk to the beach couldn't have been easier to get to and all our activities were within a 5 mile radius. The hosthost was amazingly easy to get ahold of and answer local questions. Will definitely stay here again!!Will definitely stay here again!!

• NOT FOR SMALL CHILDREN!

  This place has THREE floors. Neither my daughter or I saw that in any of the descriptions. So I wouldn't recommend it for small children or elderly. There is no bathroom on the first floor. The only reason I gave it two stars was because how close it was to the pool. The furniture was worn and needs cleaning or replacing. There were holes in the walls. The towel bar on the 2nd floor wouldn't stay up. The handle on the 3rd floor toilet was broken. I could go on and on. I really didn't think it looked anything like the pictures they show in the ad. It wasn't worth the money.

  - The listing does mention that the townhome is three stories and requires stairs, and we encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. Many guests with young children have stayed without issue, but we appreciate your perspective
  - Maintenance was offered during your stay to fix the toilet and towel bar, but we respected your decision to decline. Both issues have since been resolved
  - The condo has been upgraded since the listing photos were taken, including new vinyl flooring, flat ceilings, and stainless steel appliances
  - A small dent in the dining room wall was already scheduled for repair before your stay, and has been fixed
  
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!
