3/5 I should start by saying location is very good and rental property is about 8 minutes walk from a beach.However, property itself could use some more deeper cleaning and mattresses could use some upgrade. My son after 1 night of sleeping in a guest bedroom decided to switch to a living room coach saying his back was hurting. It was a similar situation in a master. Managemt company provides only a welcome kit of necessities like trash bags, laundry detergent, ect. Please make you bring your own. Also upon our arrival (after 4 pm) cleaning crew was still there. They were done very quickly after our arrival , so not sure if they did everything they had too. Balcony still had a beach sand all over the floor after prior stay.Overall, our stay was OK. Appartment had enough of dishes to cook and everything was working.
