Hilton Head business trip

Great location
4/5 We greatly enjoyed our stay at Folly Field. The unit was spacious and comfortable with easy access to the beach.

Mini vacation
3/5 We stayed at this property for a short mini vacation. We had gotten an early check in but unfortunately when we arrived the property had not yet been cleaned. They were able to come later in the day to clean the property, but the carpet is very stained and could use replacing. Also the beds were not very comfortable. The location is great and close to many restaurants and to the beach. My kids loved swimming in the pool. Overall the property was nice but could use some renovation and upgrades.

Great Location
4/5 We spent 5 nights in Hilton Head and had a great time. The condo was well equipped and everything was in working order. The location was very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping.
A great stay overall with a few surprises
5/5 We were happy with the unit overall, but we noticed a few things that should probably be addressed soon. First, the kitchen sink handle was broken as well as the trash can. We also noticed that one of the kitchen drawer bottoms was too small causing a 3 to 4 inch opening in the bottom of the drawer, so that things could fall through. We found quite a few dirty dishes and the clothes washer had so much caked on soap that we had to clean it before using it. The only other thing we noticed was that the bedroom carpet could use a cleaning. Again, none of this would prevent us from renting again, but we thought you should know about these things.
