4/5 I’ll have to rate this property as okay. The location was good. Easy quick access to the beach. The unit it self was not clean properly. There was straight black hair all over the bathroom and I had to Lysol and clean the bathroom before we could use it. The bathroom sink clogged but response time was good and it was fixed when we returned. The freezer did not have an ice maker and that is a little ridiculous for a beach property not to have an automatic ice maker. Overall, it was okay/Good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Hubby was happy about the short walk to visit the beach side each day! We will be booking again!!

Great weekend
5/5 The condo had everything we needed - keurig and small coffee pot, toaster, microwave, plenty of dishes, pans, cups, etc. everything was clean and the owner was very responsive to texts when we had questions upon arrival. Check in and obtaining parking passes was simple. Would have enjoyed the balcony had the weather been better. Condo is right near the laundry room in case you need to wash anything. Beach chairs provided were nice with easy, close access to the beach. The bedroom is very tight but we didn’t mind that too much. Overall great stay, excellent location and communication. Recommend.
