Great for a family of 4!!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay! It was comfortable in all the rooms, and there was so much storage for all our stuff! We cooked in a lot and they provide everything you need to cook meals. Parking was never a problem. The pool is small but there was hardly ever anyone there, and our kids enjoyed it when we weren't at the beach. The pool is a very short walk from the condo. The beach was about a 10-12 minute walk but still convenient. They offer a wagon which was a huge plus!! The only thing I would prefer seeing is liquid hand soap in the kitchen. They had bar soap in all the bathrooms, but with all the cooking, I prefer liquid hand soap, but we bought one so it wasn't an issue. They provided 1 roll of paper towels so plan to bring another roll or two if you're staying longer. We stayed 5 nights and only had 1 roll, but plenty of trash bags and toilet paper provided. The location is perfect for driving and walking. Celebration Park is a very short walk away, including the big playground area. We walked to get ice cream and shaved ice about every night. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable
5/5 This townhouse has everything we needed. Soft mattresses, comfortable living room furniture, gas grill, and well-equipped kitchen (although very skimpy with only one laundry soap & two dishwasher soaps supplied.) Thermostat control was upstairs which was weird. Communication was confusing as emails from Evolve differed from texts from the “Property Manager”. Evolve’s directions were incorrect (no construction blocking our entry. Entry not where they said it was. No Bi-Lo grocery nearby - permanently closed. The “guest contact” listed was not the property manager.) When I mentioned these discrepancies to Pam, the Property Manager, she didn’t seem interested. Start-up issues aside, this was a great rental!
Nice location close to Coligny beach.
4/5 Nice size fir a quick get away. Well appointed with everything you need to cook. Parking was right next to the room on the first floor. The only negative was that the mattresses were very soft and need replacement.
Enjoyed Our Stay!
5/5 It is a little difficult to find at night but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.
