  The location was great, no issues with parking, closer to the beach than the other tennis villas.

  The condo was clean.

  Appreciated how well stocked it was with cooking supplies, linens, toilet paper. There was some toiletries and we used the mats that were folded up under the wall beds.

  There were extra pillows and blankets, a beach chair and some beach things that we didn't use but appreciated the availability.

  Condo rules were appropriate.

  For the resort area:

  Love the brushes by the building entrances to wipe off sand from your feet/shoes

  gated area so security wasn't a concern. If you want delivery, the security will call the phone in the condo.

  we went to the restaurant for bingo night one night and the kids meal chicken tenders were surprisingly very good! The pools were too cold, even though the sun was out. Wish the facility had a hot tub or somewhat heated/temperature controlled pools.

  Was exactly what we expected for the price, nice resort, lots of things to do. By no means was the ritz carlton but was definitely worth the price.

• Mom, and kid get away

  Awful. Space, cleanliness, nothing to do that wasn't out of season. Resort food was awful with the exception of the fries. Gatorz was closed. The kids were looking forward to that. No jetted tub like the description listed. Laundry room, building b was the only one we found to load a money card and it didn't even work to put funds on it. We walked all around and finally came across the fitness center laundry room that had a cash machine. Having three young kids and walking building to building with a basket full of stinky wet and sandy clothes was not on the list. Front desk said that they would have someone come and look at it. Never happened Etc. Overall, a horrible experience.

  Well we went for a long weekend. The property was nowhere near as described. It is very dingy and old. We tried to find an iron and there was none, I called and they said that it was illegal to have an iron in the unit. The walk to the beach is pretty far. The pool looked beautiful however it was so cold NO ONE could swim in it. Had I have known this I would’ve not paid the extra for a room with a pool. The room had a horrible odor to it, possibly mold or mildew not really sure. They were doing something to the one set of stairs and there were workers there at 7:30 in the morning, banging and pounding and sawing ,so much for sleeping in.. The Wi-Fi was very ornery to connect to, and both TVs would randomly just shut off for no reason in the middle of a show. We’ve been to Hilton head 3x and this was by far the worst! The other properties were beautiful. The bunkbeds were extremely small like camper size and the bed in the main bedroom which was only a full, you sank to the floor when you laid down. The front door did not close properly when you tried to leave in the bathroom door on one side would not lock.So thankful we had beautiful weather because if we wouldn’t had to stay in there very long, it would’ve been a lot worse. I booked this from VRBO and I was very disappointed from the service from them. There was not a washer and dryer there it was clear down the other end of the building and it was $3 to dry one time. Extremely irritating there was no ice machine anywhere

  -While the pool is not heated, it is available for guest use year-round, and we regret that the temperature affected your enjoyment.
  -The home undergoes routine maintenance, but we understand that early morning noise can be disruptive. Maintenance hours are typically scheduled from 8 AM to 8 PM to minimize guest inconvenience, and we’ll continue coordinating with the crew to avoid disruptions.
  -The bedroom features a queen-size bed (not a full), and the bunk beds are twin-size, not camper-size, as listed. Additionally, the sofa bed is queen-size to comfortably accommodate extra guests.
  -The walk to the beach is about a 3-minute stroll, as described in the listing, though we understand preferences for proximity can vary.
  -While no one has previously mentioned a mold odor, we take all guest concerns seriously and will investigate further to ensure everything is in order.
  -We’re sorry the mattress didn’t meet your comfort preferences and will inspect it for any issues.
  -Both the front and bathroom doors will be checked and repaired to ensure they function properly.
  -The TVs are in working order, but we will investigate any potential connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi to enhance the experience for future guests.
