Anniversary trip
5/5 This condo is perfect for a couples trip. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The location is great, very close to Coligny and 2 blocks to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and looks to have been recently updated. The use of all the beach equipment was very nice. The condo is very clean. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to manage. We would stay here again.

4/5 Our criteria when looking for a condo in Hilton Head was 1) great location 2) first floor 3) King bed in master bedroom 4) walk-in shower. This condo met those needs. A 2-minute walk to shopping plaza. The beach is actually 2 blocks away (not 'steps' as stated in the description) and can't be seen from the condo. That was a little disappointing. There was a problem with the AC and the property manager came over. He contacted the owner and they called for a furnace company to come. They came 2 days later. Unfortunately it needed a part that had to be ordered. The owner chose to get a new unit instead of fixing the old one. So that is great for the next vacationers to stay there, but too late for us. The rental price was reasonable. Unit was clean and had newer appliances. Owner and property manager were pleasant and responsive when contacted. All in all, I think it was a nice place to stay.
