Hilton Head Condo: Steps to Beach, Coligny Plaza!

  This condo is perfect for a couples trip. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The location is great, very close to Coligny and 2 blocks to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and looks to have been recently updated. The use of all the beach equipment was very nice. The condo is very clean. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to manage. We would stay here again.

  Our criteria when looking for a condo in Hilton Head was 1) great location 2) first floor 3) King bed in master bedroom 4) walk-in shower. This condo met those needs. A 2-minute walk to shopping plaza. The beach is actually 2 blocks away (not 'steps' as stated in the description) and can't be seen from the condo. That was a little disappointing. There was a problem with the AC and the property manager came over. He contacted the owner and they called for a furnace company to come. They came 2 days later. Unfortunately it needed a part that had to be ordered. The owner chose to get a new unit instead of fixing the old one. So that is great for the next vacationers to stay there, but too late for us. The rental price was reasonable. Unit was clean and had newer appliances. Owner and property manager were pleasant and responsive when contacted. All in all, I think it was a nice place to stay.

• Great location; perfect for family

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, quiet, friendly condos. Just steps away from a grocery store, lots of restaurants and stores. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. The pool is very clean and relaxing and doesn't smell like chlorine. There are also grills outside that we want to use the next time we stay here.

  If you are thinking about booking here, do it! It is perfect for a family since one of the rooms has a twin over full and an additional twin in the room. We spent most of our time at the beach or at the pool. There is also a childrens museum within easy walking distance we want to check out next time.

  The only time we used our car was to go check out the outlets in Bluffton for a couple hours. You really can come here and not need your car during your entire stay. The keyless entry made it easy to not have to keep up with a physical key. We had no issues while staying here.

  We really enjoyed staying here. Loved the keyless entry (no need to keep up with a key). We walked to the beach daily. Such a short and enjoyable walk. There is a grocery store across the street along with an entire plaza of stores and restaurants. It really is a great location. There is a pool here that is kept clean, and the water was perfect temp.

  The condo as well as the property was clean, quiet, very enjoyable. We were very happy with the condo. If you're thinking of staying here, do it! Great for a family since one room has a bunk bed as well as a single bed. There was plenty of parking (we only had one car with us).

  We didn't use the tvs since we spent most of our time at the beach or at the pool. The condo has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, even grilling utensils. Maybe next time we will plan to grill a time or two since we will be more familiar with the condo. Although you can't hang anything from the balcony to dry, they have provided rails and hooks to hang things on the wall to dry.

  We had no problems whatsoever during our stay therefore did not need to contact anyone. There is a book highlighting the rules as well as what is available in the area and a couple suggestions for day trips.

  This place was perfect for two couples and two small children. It is walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and the bike path. Everything was clean and we loved the beachy decor. They have a huge closet full of everything you would need for the beach as well - a wagon, umbrella, toys, chairs, and more. Highly recommend!
