Family Vacation
3/5 The property is NOT on a swimming beach. Perhaps I missed it, but I thought this was located adjacent to what I would call beach access. It is on what I would call a coastal waterfront. We had to get in the truck and drive to a beach park. Other than that, the property was clean and comfortable. The TVs were not simple and could be challenging for older guests.

- We make sure to clearly state in the property materials that Port Royal Sound is not considered a swimming beach, as it's more suited for nature walks, beachcombing, and enjoying local wildlife.
- Our guests are able to enjoy a full resort facility, which includes three pools (one located directly below our unit), a sauna, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a pier, workout equipment, and more.
- While we understand the TV setup can be challenging for some, we do provide written instructions, and once we were made aware of the issue, our property manager responded promptly and resolved it.
- If guests ever have questions or concerns during their stay, we encourage them to reach out. We’re always happy to assist.

4/5 I had numerous communications with the property manager (owner possibly) - he was very nice and easy to deal with. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeping was very responsive to our request for more towels. The pictures make the unit look a bit bigger than it is. The master bedroom is crowded due to the size of the king bed and the second bedroom is crowded with the two twin beds. There were four of us, but we had a wonderful stay.
