Weekend getaway
4/5 We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. The location was perfect! The only downside was the house was a bit musty, although very clean. Our 7 year old was an allergy mess given this and we dealt with managing his allergy symptoms while we were in the house. All in all, it was a great stay and would recommend to others!

4/5 Very clean but would not rent again
3/5 The owner was not very nice and hard to reach. We had an issue that we could not get in because he had changed the code to the lock box.But we were never notified and neither was the management company. The owner told me I was checking in early but it was after 4 so I was not. He also said he called me and texted me which he did not. If he was nicer about his mistake it would have been fine but he was rude. Evolve the management company was great to deal with. The house is nice and very clean but empty- no games, kayaks, nothing extra. Would not rent again.
