Clean and flexible, but outdated
4/5 The house matched what was in the listing, but it had an awful mildewy smell that you would expect out of a moldy basement and was quite outdated. The owner was great and communicated well and everything was clean and as expected. Unfortunately, the smell and some of the quirks of the house prevents me from giving it five stars.

Great Location
4/5 A wonderful location, close to the beach, an uber ride to Newport with wonderful nightlife makes this a great option. The interior is circa 1980's, but clean. The deck is wonderful with an excellent view, Erin, the host, was great to work with.

5/5 We've stayed in many VRBO houses and this is the best!
The owner, Erin, is an excellent host.
The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We all loved the deck with ocean views as well as the short walk to Wheeler Beach. It's a very short drive to other beaches and we loved the trails at Scarborough Beach. Even the Ferry to Block Island is extremely close.
This house has a great 1960's feel to it! It's like a time capsule with the best of the 60's!
This was our best VRBO stay.
