3/5 The cottage was nice, clean and comfortable. Very nice location. Close to ocean, beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped.
I do need to mention that the beds have very firm mattresses. My husband could not sleep on them, too firm for his back, so he slept on the couch the whole visit. It was also a strain on my back, but I didn't have any other option.
The heating system is also loud. You don't notice it much during the day but at night it is loud.

-The fan unit outside the master bedroom window may have run more than usual due to the cold weather. As we don’t typically have winter rentals, we’ll have it checked to ensure proper function.
