- Guests, please be advised that 3 days before you arrive to the property, you MUST provide your complete name, the number of guests, the vehicle information, the number of pets and breed (if applicable). If not provided, the HOA  will assign an additional charge  
- Please contact the guest contact as soon as possible. 
- If any additional guests need to be added, please contact the guest contact prior to your arrival. 
- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, please provide your name at the gate for access
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recycling. The green bin is for trash, and the blue bin is for recycling. Trash can be taken out on Thursdays
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
