  Was concerned over only 1 review at the time of booking but decided to give it a chance. Pictures are deceiving. We had to wash the floor in the main area and the water was black. Air fryer didn't work and was so greasy in getting out of cabinet. A/C was controlled by owner until I had to contact her at midnight and only then did she tell me where the remote was. Outside yard is unusable, deck is filthy. Living room furniture needs a good cleaning. There were no blankets in the bedrooms and it turned chilly during out stay. Owner was going to reimburse me for but never did so and would not answer any further emails. Be aware pool charge of 12 pr person is DAILY and the lift guards are too busy on their phones to actually do their job. Find another place to stay - there are many around.

• Quick get away

  Stay was good and relaxing. Inside of house was nice and cozy. Outside was a little messy and un kept. Pet friendly as in you can bring your pets. They are not allowed on furniture or beds which isn't mentioned in post. Might cause issues for others if their pets are used to having freedom at home on furniture. Pass for the amenities on site is not 12 not 5 like mentioned on post.

  The house could've been cleaner, but the owner was awesome about communicating with us!

  We didn't get a welcome package and wasn't clear that there was a 12 per person fee to use the pool!

  We did enjoy our stay!

  Process was easy but the surroundings could have been cleaner. No towel hooks in the bath rooms. No flat sheets on the beds which did not feel good if we had known we would have carried our own. Garbage next to the driveway when we got there

  Regarding the issues you mentioned, bears and deer can be quite active this time of year, and it seems they’ve been rummaging through the garbage. I prioritize having the cleaning crew dispose of trash weekly, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I promptly sent the crew to address the situation.
  As for the bathroom hooks, they fell due to moisture, and I plan to replace them with screw-in ones for better durability. I was also under the impression that the flat sheets were on the bed, and I’ve addressed this with the cleaning crew.
