Poconos stay
4/5 We had a great stay here! Everything was super nice. But there were a couple of the patio chairs that were broken but she was already aware and there was no coffee pot. The last people supposedly broke it. We also weren’t aware of not having any tvs in the rooms. Other than that the host was very nice and she responded quickly.
Very Unhappy
1/5 Check in was easy and fast but when we went into the kitchen it was very dirty as well as the fridge and floors. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and kitchen. I sent pictures to the point person who responded immediately and said he would take care of it then I never heard from him again. The BBQ was broken, the process of how to get to the amenities was not easy and fun. We had a year old and he couldn't even be put down because the floors were so dirty. Very disappointing and unhappy especially since we spent over $50 buying cleaning products, socks, and slippers for everyone.
