Worst Experience in Pocono Rental so far
1/5 Oven wasn't working and I was unable to cook my Thanksgiving Turkey. Homeowner had contacted me 2 days before checking in letting me know oven wasn't working and she wasn't sure if technician would be fix it. Lastly, homeowner purchased a new stove,however wasn't there when technician installed new stove and didn't make sure it was fully working. When we arrived, the monitor in stove was off, no clock, no timer and no button worked. I was able to turn stove but the stove on light didn't turn on as well. I reached out to homeowner and her response was well I tried my best and I can't do anything else. I can cancel the reservation and refund the money. Yes she said that the morning of Thankgiving morning!! Ultimately, we decided to stay and make the best of it. I asked her for a partial refund and she said she would refund 10%. I am still waiting for the refund.
