• Lack of hygiene

  I really didn't like the house because there was a lot of dirt, it doesn't seem fair to me that they charge the cleaning service and don't do a good cleaning. I recommend bringing all the cleaning and kitchen utensils since they only provide deteriorated things.

  Hi Damaris, thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our sanitation and the rustic feel of the house. Based on past reviews, we have consistently been rated 4 stars or above on sanitation, communication, and wonderful amenities that are part of the community.
  
  The cleaning charge is fair for a large 3 bedroom, 2 full bath and living room and a fully equipped kitchen mountain home. We always encourage our guests to communicate during their stay so we can strive to correct any errors or misunderstandings, there is not much we can do after the stay. We welcome honest reviews and feedback to help us improve and provide the experience our guests deserve.

• Summer Weekend Getaway

  This property is conveniently located next to Camelback Mtn. The owner was very accommodating and we were able to access the property early as we were spending our arrival day at the waterpark. The house itself is somewhat dated and wasn't terribly clean. There was cookie pieces/crumbs in the downstairs bedroom (on the floor and in the sheets of the one bed). The outside deck was extremely dirty so we didn't bother to use it. The fridge in the kitchen is not full-sized, so this would have been an issue for 5 of us if we were cooking/eating meals at the house. Overall, it was ok for 2 nights, but with a bit of cleaning and some updates, this could be much nicer - especially since the location is really good.

Our cleaner and I were present at the home the day before check-in to ensure the home was cleaned and ready. We always recommend that the guest contacts us during the stay so we can address any concerns immediately."
