CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5217
- Guests must register their cars, names, and number of children with security prior to arrival. At least 2 days prior to check-in, please email the license plate numbers for all vehicles, the first and last names of each adult, and the number of children on the reservation to mytai4@icloud.com. Failure to register can lead to a ticket or being towed
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable and nonperishable items from the refrigerator and cabinets 
- Take out the trash (food and recycling) to the trash compactor located behind the overflow parking, across from the pool at 115 Quail Lane
- Load and start the dishwasher 
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels into the tub
- Place the TV, fireplace, mini-split, and bedroom heater remotes in the remote holders or on the end tables
- Set the thermostats: heat (55 degrees), mini-split heater (62 degrees), A/C (75 degrees), and mini-split A/C (75 degrees)
- Turn off all indoor lights. Leave the front door porch light on
- Turn off the fireplace
- If you used the grill, please turn the propane tank off and recover the grill
- Please cover the outdoor table
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
