Duped! Property doesn’t match photos
1/5 My husband and I did not stay. We could not stay because as we entered the house it smelled stale, it was dark & dank. The photos didn’t show how steep the stairs are. What looks like a basement is actually the first floor. The kitchen, living room bathroom and bedroom are all on the second floor. I have bad knees so I couldn’t navigate those stairs comfortably. Also no closets. I reached out to VRBO and the owner to at least refund the cleaning cost to no avail. This property is NOTHING as pictured beware.

- The home’s layout, including the stairs and the location of the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, is accurately described and shown in the listing photos.
- The listing notes that closets are not available, but clothing racks and hangers are provided for guest use. We always encourage guests to review the listing details to ensure the property is the right fit for their needs.
- The homeowner was not contacted during your stay about air quality concerns. Reaching out to the guest contact during your visit allows us to address any issues quickly and ensure a more comfortable stay.
- Unfortunately, your cancellation request fell outside the cancellation policy, which is why a refund could not be provided.
