• Great place if you don't mind paying extra $200 for a tow to leave the home! Also not a true 3 BD.

  My family and I stayed here for a pre holiday ski vacation. We we arrived at the home to find it at the bottom of a steep driveway. The day we arrived there was a snowstorm and the driveway was not shoveled or salted. I was honestly surprised we made it down okay.

  My children and I exited the vehicle and my husband tried to turn our truck around to make it easier to get out in the morning since it looked like the snow would continue through the night. Unbeknownst to us there is a "lip" on the edge of the driveway we were unable to see due to the amount of snow and our truck went off the edge and into a bed of rocks. The ground was extremely slippery (I even fell as I was exiting our truck) and when my husband tried to get out the truck was sliding all over the place. There was only about a 2 foot distance to the roof of the porch so I told my husband to stop in fear we would hit the house. So here we are, just my husband, myself and our 4 children, stranded.

  We searched the home to try and find salt so we could try and shovel our way out, yet there was nothing left for us. We tried contacting the landlord and while they did try and assist us, nothing was really done on their end. My husband left the house to try and find any neighbors who could help us but he had no luck. We called AAA and they do not assist on residential driveways so we were out of luck with them as well. We did get a hold of a tow company however they were not able to help us due to the road conditions and the amount of accidents/stranded cars they were dealing with but they said they would come in the morning.

  They arrived mid morning (thank God) and even they weren't able to get down the driveway however they were able to get access to the truck from the main road and got us out $200 later. We tried requesting a refund for our out of pocket expense however the company and the landlord have been unwilling to work with us which is extremely unacceptable.

  Also this is not a true 3 bedroom. There is a small bedroom on the main floor. Then there is a very small bedroom at the top of the stairs that is off of the master bedroom with glass french doors. Luckily it worked for us since it was my husband, myself and our kids, however if there were 3 separate couples staying here it would be a terrible setup since there is no privacy from the master to the additional bedroom.

  - Driveway and weather conditions: The home is located in a rural, mountainous ski area where snow and steep driveways are common. The driveway is newly paved and in good condition. Plowing is done after 4 inches of snowfall, and on the day of your arrival, there was less than an inch of snow.
  
  - Towing and assistance: Our team provided contact information for local towing services and dispatched plow drivers as quickly as possible. We regret the inconvenience but cannot reimburse towing expenses.
  
  - Bedrooms: The layout and size of all bedrooms are accurately depicted in the listing photos. The upstairs second sleeping area is designed for children and described accordingly.
  
  We appreciate your comments and are committed to maintaining transparency in our listing to ensure future guests have an accurate understanding of the property.

• Beautiful home!

  My fiancé and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday this year, to be closer to the family celebration. This home is lovely, and the back porch overlooked a river/stream. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It had everything we needed inside, and the host Yolanda was just a text or phone call away if we had any questions. (She answered back immediately) We didn't use the hot tub, too cold outside! We would definitely stay again!
