  The only thing better than the pictures & description is the actual experience! From the moment you open the door, the owner's attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and knack for including everything you need (and more) is evident. Close to many outdoor activities. An easy drive to the mountain(s). From relaxing by the fire to enjoying table tennis/pool/video games/air hockey/cards -- Pine Bear met every need of family from 6 to 72. And when a few of the crew decided sub-freezing temps would not prevent a dip in the hot tub -- we found the owners had pre-heated the water!

  First, the craftsmanship of this home is top notch! We wanted the FEEL of a cabin, not the LOOK of one. When we walked in, the glistening effect on the pristine hand polished pine on every wall and ceiling made me utter "I'm home". Timea and Brad focused on pristine cleanliness and comfort. The rustic and supple furniture enveloped us while we enjoyed the fireplace that whiffed freshly burned logs throughout the house. The welcome goodies in the kitchen gave us a sweet start. Then there's the game room. The game room affords you the experience of a high stake's poker/card game, while the kids (or the kid in you) play pool, air hockey, ping pong, nostalgic gaming and more. The hot tub with a flat screened television replenished our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. The master bedroom contained a high-quality, king-sized bed with fresh crisp clean linen, topped with velvety soft blanketing. My husband and I with our canine son Barrington enjoyed EVERY moment in that cabin. It's perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary, family gathering and more. We will stay at Pine Bear ONLY when we need our next getaway in Pennsylvania. Timea and Brad were only a text or call away for any questions or suggestions. Thank you both for your kindness and generosity.

  We had the best time staying there! The owners Timea & Brad thought of everything we could need & more. The cabin was in excellent condition & extremely clean. It was also very cozy! The game room kept the adults & kids busy..lol. the hot tub was great as well! We would definately recommend this place to family & friends. We will definately book again. Thanks again for everything!
